Lack of service, Not fixing my phone

I took a (iphone 4s) in to the Walk in centre (speakerphone mic faulty). Marlo booked it in and said my phone is still under warrantee. Marlo said only apple works on the phones not vodacom. After 2 weeks I want to call for an update. Call vodacom somerset west, They say the walkin centre has no number. Check up on my details on the system and tell me that the walk in centre left me a message to call them back (if they had no phone number how would they leave a message to call them back) I am requested to pay R3000 for Liquid damage. Strange as there has never been liquid close to my phone. Call call centre and speak to the manager (Edward) tells me liquid damage and iphone only has 1 year warrantee. Not what Marlo said and anyways it is liquid damage, you can get your INSURANCE to cover it. Speak to manager Monya at Walk in centre on Edwards request.(get attitude) (tells me that there are other places that can do repairs cheap cheap) then She wants to help after I plead. then there is Lack of service again I have to keep phoneing. Speak to Sol as Monya not available. He says no Liquid damage we will not fix. I say there is no way of Liquid damage. This must be resolved.
