I am very disappointed and completely put off from using Cell C as a service provider! I've been on the phone with them since Friday 8/11/2013 up until today. unfortunately my working hours don't allow me to go and see them in their working hours. I found my sim card not working from Thursday night about 1am. It kept saying sim registration failed. After being on the phone between Cell C and Edcon from 8AM Friday morning I still have the same problem. I've spoken to multiple consultants even the managers and supervisors and none of them was able to assist me in this matter. Instead they keep giving me other numbers to dail getting me straight back to Cell C once more telling me they are unable to assist. I am absolutely disgusted with their service I've received the past consecutive 4 days. One of the consultants told me that the only reason the sims do that is because of factory faults then they start malfunctioning after a few months- and they should be able to replace it for customers but they are not authorised to do it. So who is???!!! I will not recommend CellC to anyone ever again!!! I've been a loyal customer for 10 yrs only to find how pathetic they have become!!!
