Now that you have admitted to charging me for activities that you can't explain and have now cancelled that invoice. I would like to have my cellphone number back.
Of cource I called your call center but no one seems to know what has happened to my number, which you blocked without an explanation.
I was told to call 011 911 5612 but that phone just rings.
I would like to have my number, which I have had for more than 10 years, reassigned back to me. I don't want to hear excuses.
