On the 20th of May 2013 i called into Cell C Richards Bay to enquire about booking in my phone for repairs. I was told that all i needed to do was bring my phone in and they will send it in to their head office. I went in on the 21th May 2013 and was told that they did not have the book they use to book in phones. I asked her to book it in on the system and just print me a receipt (we are after all in the 21th Century) and to this I was told that they needed to do it on a manual book, which they are only receiving stock off on Friday. I ask u must i now stay with a phone that does not work properly for another 3 extra day's because of the uselessness of Cell C. Unacceptable!!!
