I am currently still awaiting feedback on the above query I had logged at the beginning of this month.

After getting no help from the call centre, having to personally call back to find out what the outcome of my query was, and also having gone back to the store (even though I advised this was out of my way) I am now at my wits end.

Even after logging a complaint, no one from MTN has made an attempt to contact me. I would really appreciate a call from someone at MTN who can listen to the problem and give me a solution or an alternative.

I stood in the store for a while before taking out this contract, speaking with the consultant and deciding which option to go for, when it came time to sign the contract this went very fast, but what is disappointing is that when it comes to fixing a problem, no one seems to want to do this fast enough. It comes across as if there is no after sales service and the customer is left high and dry to sort out something that should not have been an issue in the first place.

I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible so that this problem can finally be solved.
