About 6 months ago I took out a contract with MTN, the phone / contract came bundled with 150MB of data per month, which I was told I could upgrade if I found it to be too little.
I'm now informed by MTN that it's not possible to add any further data to my contract, so for the next one and a half years I'm stuck with 150MB per month with no apparent way to upgrade this.
If I exceed this I get charged an extortionate out-of-bundle rate by MTN
What's going on MTN, why was I told one thing when I took out the contract, but another thing now?
