Requested number port in October 2012.By March 2013 it was still not done. I had to approached Autopage to get this done and a month later the number port took place last week in March 2013. At end of month bill arrived for over R4000.00. Submitted query 4 April 2013. Debit order deducted for incorrect amount after I followed up from my side at least 3 times. Then bill for April arrived with R600 GPRS after sales consultant repeatedly confirmed that data was included (I did get a iPhone after all so data was non-negotiable) only for owner to tell me that that person no longer works at his branch but that he was trained and he would not have told me that and also there was nothing on the paperwork, but as a COMPROMISE, he will sell me a data package at a reduced rate. Signed for MTN 500 Meg at list price. When queried reduced rate, he said that the price is the price but that he will give me R300 out of his own pocket if it will make me feel better. Did not accept. It is now 30 hours later and my internet still does not work. Other contract with Blackberry BIS was never activated. Also purchased Vodacom data contract and have been charged R99 x 3 on one bill!! Shocking!
