Phase 12 in Parklands, Cape Town, was built 3yrs ago but we still have bad Vodacom network coverage. Phase 12 is is the are where you find Chippenham Crescent, Chelsea Crescent. We have 2 Vodacom cellphones& none of them work properly in this area, that means we can't utilise our data bundles or make calls. Please help!
