I have to start off by saying that Chency was helpful initially but couldn't complete my data bundle purchase in-store for some reason. She said it will be done within half an hour (she wanted to assist another customer) but the minutes-to-data conversion was never done. I mailed her (made sure I got her email address) but almost a day later she also didn't reply to my email.
I struggled through the Telkom call-centers and finally got the data bundle activated myself - which suggests the functionality is there and up and running it's just that Chency never did it as promised.
I don't appreciate being made promises to, not being contacted if there was a problem and not getting a reply to my email. I have to emphasise the fact that I repeatedly asked Chency if she's sure she'll do the conversion straight away and she repeatedly assured me it would be done before I get home. Not only was it not done but the Centurion branch phone is not being answered and emails are ignored so there's also no way to contact them.
