On Friday I took my phone 2 cell c Cresta for booking and when I get there they tell me that my phone doesn't have warranty and I took my phone last year and according to my understanding the phone warranty is only last 4 one year which is 12 months, I called their customer service and know one know s anything, I know have 2 wait 4 21days for my phone 2 be repaired, had 2 go and buy a new phone, when I called them today 2 find out if my phone has been collected from the store, am advised that its with the store and its delaying the process...
Funny thing is that I pay my contract on time and not in arrease @ all, but am getting a bad service from them,
sent an email 2 complaints not respond till 2day! Am really annoyed with this service...
