Yesterday the whole day i could not access my data services i even thought for a second that my BIS might be up. i went and bought airtime to load it as i am on prepaid, i could not load it, i could not get through to 173 for assistance, today i still am out of service, i called this morning to find out what the problem is, the lady that i spoke to said yesterday there was no problem at MTN it was probably my phone, she said today there's a problem with *141* which i have to dial to activate my BIS as it is today finished, she said i must activate after an hour because the of the*141* which is off, it was at 7:48 this morning when i called it is now 11:02, i still can't activate the BIS i am basically out of communication for 2 days now, like really what service is this?
