Again, i have to write about the lack of and non existent service from Vodacom. This is the third complaint in 2 months about their service. I sent in a proof of payment at the beginning of the month that still has not been picked up and when I was sent my statement, it did not reflect. I again sent the proof of payment and asked for a new statement. This was 10 days ago. I now receive a letter of demand from Vodacom for payment. It was their own and I am sick ad tired of this.
