CEO Amit Maharaj not interested in complaints

I obtained an ipad in February but had to return it as there was no coverage in the area that I live. This was done in February as well and since then my contract has not been correctly cancelled so 8ta continue to bill me even though I have no account with them. It has now got to the point that they got a debt collector to debit my account. Previously I had to reverse all debits at a charge to me but appratently one cannot reverse a charge put through by a debt collection company because of the way it is done. I have been in constant contact with the manager at Southgate (Charmaine) but she does not do anything or retun any calls. Each time you speak to someone at the call centre you need to restate your case and then when following up it is a different consultant and they are never able to pick up the original consultant so the query never gets resolved. I asked for the CEO's (Amit Maharaj) contact number and lo and behold no one is authorised to supply this - not even a number for someone at his office. My question is why is this person listed as the CEO if he wants nothing to do with clients - oops sorry forgot it is because he is on a huge package, clients are nothing to him.
