Uys &Van Der Merwe Inc. are not Attorneys and is not a registered Debt Collection company. He operates from a home and has a call centre operating from home contacting clients with the services of Debt collection. He has scammed a number of clients with collection of monies and not repaying them to the various clients concerned. I have had a debt of R20000 collected and was a few of the lucky ones to get back R10000. I have names of some of the clients that hes has scammed as follows: Richard on number 011 892 3345 for, Ismail 082 468 8900, Midrand Boreholes for R31129.38 on 011 312 2643, a Hardware from Richards Bay and many more clients that phoned me on this issues. We need to collectively take this matter up with Carte Blanche as the cas will be stronger ot air this complaint. Dont be intimidated by his threatening calls as he is good at that. I have had numerous calls from people that have not been paid for over 5 years.
