Very Bad service

I ordered Router bits from Sharp Rite more than a month ago. Amit promised me I will have the router bits within a week. It never happened, It took me two weeks of me chasing them with all sort of excuses from Amit like having to search his Warehouse to a week later having to search the boxes. I finally got the proforma invoice on Thusrday 28th February. Friday morning while I were making the payment I spoke to Amit and asked him when he can deliver he said to me I will receive it same afternoon So I made The payment to them. However while I were talking to him on the phone he send me an email that it will only be delivered on Monday morning so I Said to him it is unacceptable and I want him to reverse the payment as I am out of time to manufacture for my client. He said he will make a reversal Immediately. That Never happened. It took A Phone call every day with Amit promising to make the payment I also have emails as proof to that fact Finally on 13 March They made the reversal payment. The moral of this story is if you take your customers seriously and work on deadlines Find someone else to supply you as you are almost certain to get disappointment from Sharp Rite.
