Addest telecommuncations company in South Africa

I am so fedup, numerous contact us messages, telephone conversations and still no reply but only accounts sending to me. As far as I know I am also not suppose to pay for the emailing of accounts. I have tried to cancel two of my contracts at Autopage on 31 December 2012, the incompetent lady working for them said I have to fax, I dont have a fax. I phoned them again in April 2013, requesting the recorded version of my conversation, which was promised to be sent to me the following day (still nothing) I also complain about the fact that I have to cancel my contracts again, I was promised it will be cancelled the 28 of May 2013. Now I get another account in the amount of R200, 05 with GPRS as well. This is totally and all unacceptable for me. Please help me to get positive reaction from this people. A long time ago they also just debit money from my bank account without my consent, that was "solved" according to them but I am still very suspicious. (please note that I am not sure about the previous call) The two numbers that was cancelled is 083 660 3980 and 0842473601
