I cancelled my Telkom account (1 month notice on 9th April) as i was moving and taking over someones existing line. The account was cancelled on the 10th May and yet i am being charged for the Fill amount dated 4th May - 3rd June.
The lady who i spoke with during the cancellation process was very helpful and explained that i would be charged up to the 9th/10th May. However when speaking to Lundeswa Sekhana to inquire about my account, she was extremely rude, and one of the least knowledgeable "support" staff I've spoken to telling me it was my problem that i didn't understand why i was being overcharge.
Please can someone rectify this or contact me.
