Help with mobile conection

Bought a mobile broadband from Vodacom did not have my laptop with me and just followed instruction on how to install it at home,
I could not get the mobile to work and phoned Vodacom customer care,
Response was immediate and if one department could not help me I was transferred to the next,
Very efficient and professional, it took a couple of days to fixed, but I had support all the way.
Also went to the Ballito branch to get help and again the sales lady was extremely helpful
Unfortunately I cannot remember the names from the technical, general, broadband and other departments who helped me.
Once again thank you for your support and friendly help
