Short summary:
We 1) notified telkom to close our business account and 2) to move the line over to the new owners 1st December 2011. As per the telkom policy that this is possible if we given then notice in writing. They transfered the line, so they confirmed that they received our letter that was handed in person with their Davenport Branch, late November 2011. On our bill calls for December, January and Feb is still recorded that is not ours.
We visited their offices, contacted their account on several accounts but simply don't get any joy out of them. They log the query but we never get any response.
Been threatened with legal action on more than one occasion, forward them the proof and we simply don't get any response.
Surely we must be able to report both these parties, Telkom the Legal company to the consumers board.
