To Whom It May Concern
I received a call from a MTN's call centre offering me a contract last year, I Told them Im not intrested&not to call me again as I already have 5 contracts with vodacom for the past 10 years. I received a 2nd call offering me the same again, furious I told them Im not interested&to leave me alone and take me off the call list!! there after I received a 3rd call&that's when I went to a MTN store in Fourways Mall Hyper Rama to complain&to get them to stop calling me!! (SO MUCH FOR THIS CALL IS RECORDED FOR QUALITY&SECURITY PURPOSES!!)They gave me a number to sms to and the calls stopped. On the 13/03/13 I received a Statement from MTN (InvoiceE830650377, Account NumberA4499801 Cell Number0810474868) I went to a MTN branch in Cedar Square to sort out the Problem, a month went by&they still couldn't help me.06th May I went to head office on 14th Avenue&a gentleman by the name of Mario Dhamandra Singh helped me, I take my hat off to this man as he solved the issue in 5mins. What I want to know is what is MTN going to do about this, as this is IDENTITY! Every time I see anything to do with MTN I'll think after what happen to me.
