Its obvious this business does not get a lot of compliments, but I have to say that my direct communication quality of service and feedback to the technical department was outstanding and have to make a special remark on them. i had my cellphone billed for some services that i was not aware of and turns out i actualy did subscribe unknwoingly that a friend did on my cellphone and i apologise for my previous complaint. the service received from one of the tech guys was way above my expectations. mira networks tech team is champion!!! hope this finds you steve thank you so much and to anyone who complains about being billed with out authorisation first see the proof before making assumtions...
