Hi,
We have upcapped internet at our flat and you are our service provider. The internet has been off the entire month (almost 3 weeks). My neighbour went to Telkom to sort out the issue but they say you guys are problem and you say they are the problem.
This is totally unacceptable. We are either going to pay pro-rata for the week we had internet or we need to get it for free. We are not going to pay for stuff we did not get.
