I called MTN to find out why the have blocked my sons phone. I was informed that my debit order did not go off and that it was cancelled by the legal team. I wanted to know why. The response from the people I do not know and I will get my manager to call you back. I asked them to pull every call that I have made and prove that I was at fault. I informed the call centre agent that I have copies of all the recordings of the calls that I have made as I have access to the same system as them when it comes to listening to calls to do evaluate the agents. The call centre agent could not respond to me and took the chicken way out by saying the team leader will get back to me. Still waiting a week later. I am taking this further as MTN has broken a number of laws under the New Consumer act. I am waiting for feedback form them regrading what action they are going to take.
It is about time that MTN takes responsibility for their actions. It is not the first time I have approached the Consumer Council about them and that they where found guilty.
MTN get your act straight. S per usual one will not hear from MTM. THE COWARDS WHO CAN NTO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY
