So after Vodacom decided not to be helpful with my phone, i went to go pick my phone up as i was to meet with a SAMSUNG specialist the next day.
Dexter Payne, gave me the time of day, sat down with me and had another LTE handset in his hand to try and understand what i meant when i complaint about my LTE.
It took him less than two hours to assist me and resolve all the problems i had with the LTE.- A special thank you to Dexter Payne, Vodacom definately could do with more people like him.
Perhaps Vodacom should invest more in their "specialists" because they clearly didn't know what they were doing, they had my phone for two weeks and couldn't identify what the issue was.
