Firstly thank you for resolving our network problem the gent who called me numerous times does his work very well.
My upgrade problem with faulty devices is still not resolved since November 2012. I stopped paying my account because you do not sort the problem properly and I cant use the number I paid for and belongs to me.
The value on my other insurance claimed handset dropped drastically while I had to drive up and down for months returning the low quality product. Do you expect me to take the loss because of your mistakes?

I was blocked from your facebook page for posting my complaints there also, yet look at the statistics you are the worst and ignoring to resolve my complaint is part of that.
