Cell C
Disgusting Service

I have been wanting to take out a contract will Cell C for almost 2 weeks now. I keep phoning head office and certain branches to find out if the phone I want is available yet. I have gone in to order the phone countless times and no consultant gets back to me to advise when the phone will arrive. And when the do say which day it will DEFINITELY be there I phone to confirm and they say this is no longer the case. No one can be bothered to pick up the phone and phone me or assist me and it just seems to be a huge problem for them to help. So disappointed with the lack of customer service!!!
