6 months old Cell C blackberry a right off!

I went in store 6 mths ago for my blackberry curve 9360 upgrade. I had to go in twice to the Canal Walk branch, the 1st salesperson managed to lose my form and on the 2nd occassion I wasted 2 hours of my day filling out forms and dealing with yet another salesperson who was more interested in singing and dancing. Futhermore the details of my new contract were incorrectly explained, I was told that my control chat R150 option was no longer available and that I needed to move to a straight up 50, which is "supposedly" the same as the control chat - not! A week later I received call to say that they forget to get my signature on another form.
Since day 1 my blackberry has been acting-up: freezing, complete battery depletion within a few hours, constant reboots etc. Eventually when my phone was dead I took it to the Bayside branch for repair, 3 weeks later I received a message saying that my phone is beyond repair with water damage - how? I was nowhere near water when my phone died. This kind of service is disgusting, enough is enough of passing the buck! My husband (now due for an upgrade) & I are moving to a new network! Copy of my signed contract received after over a month - wow!
