Cant believe it can get this bad with Vodacom. (See previous posts - still no service).
The Service Centre quotes on a phone THEY broke - ie they want to charge me for their damage.
But now they are in a dispute with their courier to see if the couriers will accept the responsibility.
So I must now wait while they sort out their internal issues.
So I have had no phone for months while they bill me for their ineptness.
As I say I cannot believe a company can be so poor at customer service.
Finally any follow up comes from me, not a single call, not an email from Vodacom.
