UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER

I took Vodacom contract on the 08 April 13 via Internet, and the sales lady who processed my application confirmed that my account will be debited on 25 Apr, and on the 10 Apr I got an sms advising me that the payment is due on the same day, I logged a complain the very same day and still the debit order went through the next day and I didn't have money on the account and now the bank has charged me for that.

On the 18 April I logged another complain for the same thing and I was told to send my bank statement and I did on the 25 Apr, I did that and Themba Nkanbinde confirmed that they received the statement and someone will call me in 24hrs and no one did, I queried this on the 01 May and 07 May and Unathi confirmed that someone will call me again, and no one did.

last night I called the customer service to check how far my query, and I was told that it has been closed, because there was an outbound call, of which that is a lie. The service I have been receiving from Vodacom is, they messed up and now I am the one who have to chase them around.
Can you kindly assist as I don't have the energy anymore.
