SIM not switched from contract to prepaid

Hi

I changed from contract to prepaid. The switch should have occurred on 14 May 2013.

The morning of the 14th my phone showed "SIM not provisioned:2".

I rebooted the phone, removed the battery and SIM. I did this a number of times now and nothing! NO SERVICE! I event loaded air time! NO SERVICE!

I contacted Autopages to find out what is happening. They said it will take 24hours to go onto prepaid and that it would actually get done by the afternoon of 14 May. Which I must agree is reasonable.

However, it is now almost 36hours later! I phoned this morning again and was told that I will be switch before 14:00pm on 15 May 2013. It is already past 11:00am and nothing has happened yet. I don't expect that anything will happen at 14:00pm either.

I am unable to use my phone. This is poor service and pathetic!
I have already wasted time on this and I do not wish to wait another 24 hours.
