I have been struggling to get assistance from Virgin mobile since 2009! I signed a contract with them for R100 per month and they kept on deducting R600. I kept on phoning them asking them to correct the problem but they never did, I told them I couldn't afford R600 a month and that it wasn't our agreement. I had to make a stop payment at the bank and now they put me on ITC for something that isn't my mistake. I have kept on phoning them for 3 years now and don't ever get any correspondence. I send an email, with affidavits attached to Susan and Herbert on 14 Jan 2013 (monday) and they are also not getting back to me.
