in reference to the above call logged - a response was received that the Escalation Centre is investigating this, and TWO WEEKS later still no word. I suppose this is what I am letting myself in for, when trying to apply for a landline in a country where you only have ONE option.
This time Telkom, don't reply to my complaint unless you have something to tell me about my request!!! Thanks!
