I laid a compliant on hellopeter to the service I received from Telkom. Hennie Swart contacted me and promised that everything will be resolved. I did not have service, both telephone line and ADSL for 10 full days. I was promised I will be credited for that. I also cancelled my service as I moved properties. The next month I was charged for the service, even after I cancelled. I contacted Hennie and he said that the invoices was printed before the account closed but will be rectified next month. I received my invoice today only received a part of the fees I paid last month and non of the fees I paid for the previous month where I did not have a service. I was in constant contact with him regarding this and nothing was done. I have not even received a response form since I e-mailed him yesterday. This service is pathetic and I just want to get this finalised. It shows you how bad it is if you have to complain about the complaints department!
