I contacted the Call centre on 14/05/2013, 13:50PM, i spoke to Tshepo Mokoena. i had asked that my internet contract be cancelled as i was installing uncapped at home. I was advised that the last debit will go through on 01/06/2013 and data will be cut on 28/06/2013. Oh they didnt forget to cut the dats but they convieniently forgot to cancel my debit order!
I am infuriated, why waste my time and money call the call centre if they dont do what you asked them to. I want this debit reversed and i refuse to take another contract with them.
I have taken to hello Peter because people need to be aware of this and also because i do not intend wasting my money and time calling them.
Debtors department needs work!
