After upgrading my contract I was supposed to get a TV as part of the deal. This happened on Feb14. Needless to say I still don't have my TV but this compliment goes to Felix who really tried to solve my problem and put me on the right track to get it solved although the upgrade wasn't done at his outlet. Thank you Felix.
I will complain about MTN on another occasion.
