After ARM11 Fatal Error phone is sent to HTC repair centre on 3 January. Phone is sent back and forth between MTN and HTC 5 times. HTC claims to have exchanged the phone twice and refused to replace phone but IMEI number never changed, so the phone was in fact never exchanged. I got the same phone back each time. Now on 10 May HTC sent a replacement phone which lasted exactly 4 hours before the screen started to flash and the phone started to freeze. Do they have a box with scrap HTC's at the Repair Centre and this is what you get back from them..? Who would enjoy to be without a cellphone for 5 months? What do I need to do to get a functional HTC...??? The Customer Service Centre is all talk and when there's action the replacement is a big let down...
