My wife decided to finally have her phone upgraded and we decided to upgrade at Cell C in Canal Walk. It was a bit busy, but we decided to wait as she really would have liked to get a Sony Experia (not sure if you had one). Once she got to second in the line, the salesman just got up and left with no explanation, and she moved to another line, this one was very long and she had to join the line in last place. As you can imagine, she was not happy and we decided to leave the store with our minds set on cancelling the contract. Lets just hope this cancellation will be quicker than the upgrade attempt.
