Paying for an account that belongs to some else

I reported the matter but was not helped at all, all they said was i must bring proof of the e-mail I sent about the e-mail i sent them enquiring about my contract being ended but still paying for it. Mbongeni from Cellc called me and told me i was going to be refunded but still my account was debited, so am still paying for the account that belongs to someone else.
