A message was sent to the retention department in February this year they reply today, the service is really disappointing, MTN can't be sorry all the time, this is really shocking I have never ever received such bad service from a service provider I am still awaiting feedback from complaint logged few weeks ago
MTN REQ:2101138, damm doesn't get any better, if I had a choice I would move from MTN & never refer anyone to them.
