1. Why do all the operators have a free number for clients to call customer service but I have to pay every time I speak to Nashua Mobile?
2. Why is there no callback service?
3. Why do I spend 30 min on a call only to have to hang up because I'm only half way through my query?
The irony is that I usually only call Nashua Mobile when I have an account query and then I end up spending a fortune on a call to get assistance.
I need someone from accounts (someone with more than a few weeks experience) to call me to explain my last invoice. I don't see why I should have to pay money to query a service I'm already paying for.
