I have complained about autopage last week friday. There response to my complaint is a automated email sying that they will get back to me within 54 hours. I think thats realy pathetic seeing that its been more tha a week now that there has been a issue with my account.

What am i do to next? Its clear that there is No intention to give proper client service.
What would have happend if i canceld my debit order? Surely i would have heard from them by now but then again my phone would have been blocked. Why is it that there is this one side relationship from companys towards the man on the street.

Really disgusted with the whole process.
