I tried to get some info from them over a query I had of my bill and they refused to assist me from the call center after I refused to pay and then it lead to them deleting my number and all it would have taken them is to have a look through their fax's. The thing is that I refuse to get my no. reconnected as they were to lazy to just assist me which leads me to have a negative feeling towards them as a company because of some lazy person who could have prevented all of the unpleasantness. I have since then payed them and at the time of payment tried to cancel the one contract and they gave me some or other excuse, I just think they are out for money with no desire to assist their customers.
