I bought a Samsung S3 Mini Online 1 month ago and the Cell C responded immediately. The took my account details promptly and within a few days my phone was delivered... in the incorrect colour of course. At first i needed billing information so proceeded to contact the online number with NO success. I then went into Cell C in Canal walk and they refused to help me as this was an Online purchase.
The phone then started giving me issues (poor connection, freezing, etc) and i once again tried the call centre with no response.
I have not received any type of billing from Cell C either. I have not signed any type of agreement neither given any permissions to debit account.
All i want is to communicate with ANYONE at Cell C to discuss my issues and hopefully get them resolved.
I should not be begging for customer assistance... should I?
