3 weeks of trouble

My cellphone internet service has not been working for 3 weeks as of today. I have been into the store countless times and on the phone even more than that. No matter what they say my phone never works. I require my phone for work but have now lost untold amounts of expected income these last three weeks. What's worse is that when I try talk to people they are dismissive and beauracratic. When I asked for some sort of financial compensation on my bill which I'm sure is out of control as a result I was faced with negativity and attitude. I cannot actually handle the level of incompetence you seem to accept as a norm.
This isn't even the first time that this has happened to me and last time after two weeks I had to resort to complaining oin twitter before any action took place.
