It has now become a daily occurence for our website to be hacked which is hosted by Cybersmart. After hours and hours of phone calls to what seems a very unproffessional staff who don't know how to handle such matters, as well as numerous emails which, if lucky, will be responded to in 2 days. I quote the auto response email which we receive when sending an email "We have received your query titled "Re: ...", and it is receiving our immediate attention." What a JOKE!!! A customer of many years who will shortly become a customer no more.
Just to warn others, if security of your website is an issue, DO NOT USE CYBERSMART!!
