Inabbility to recolve the problem

This is now the second time that I am trying to sort out my account with MTN the problem started on the 10 April as from then my cellphone was suspended. We have tried now our utter best to resolve the inquiry but Billing department don't phone back. We phone them like daily to sort out my account but they don't want to transfer us to billing department. We were told that we need to speak to Shavesh Govender now to resolve this call but how do we get in contact with him. They don't want to transfer you to billing department and they don't respond to e-mails that they get to phone us back. As per our first mail to Hello Peter Veronica responded with REQ: 2024384, and that was on the 17 April and the call is still not resolved. I think that MTN is one of the worst places to do business with and to help sort out your enquiry.
