Long story short after having endless endless endless problems with a debit order and top tv accounts department i decided to go to PREPAID i just want to say not only do u have uneducated personal working for u YOUR account department is USELESS AS WELL. Not only do i get the voucher but EVERY TIME i loaded its its SAYS SMART CARD NR INCORRECT then like in the old days with billing NOW I HAVE TO PHONE IN AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN then they get rude WELL DONE ON BEING USELESS when it comes to billing NO WONDER DSTV had to give u money to stay afloat MAYBE MAYBE just maybe if u sort your billing and account department out things will go better and your PAYING CLIENTS wont get so OFF
