TOTALLY DISSATISFIED ANGRY ABUSED NEGLECTED CLIENT

Since December 2011 i have an on going problem with the billing charges for data on my account. I had lodged my complaint with SEVERAL persons in the Legal Department' each one promising to sort out my account but to no avail. I was finally put in touch with Shaun Augustine the person in charge of that department who also was of no help. Their bad attitude an lack of service me being an exceptionally old client led me to cancel ALL my contracts with them. Todate this account to the value of approx R4500 has not been refunded to me as THEY could not produce substantial useage of the data as requested by me since this was an exceptionally large amount. I was asked rather very demandingly that if that amount was not paid in they woulld suspend my services so i paid it in. I am still awaiting a credit on my account as THEY CANNOT PROVIDE ME WITH DETAILS that make me liable for that amount.
My second query is that in December 2013 my contract had expired an i cancelled with them but I am still being billed every month from my bank account and I have on several occasions contacted to stop but no 1 seems to b sorting this out. I have been on prepaid since January 2013 plse help
