Waiting a week for ITC Reference

I got a problem to get an ITC Reference. My cellphone is lost and I needed to do a sim swap of which I asked them on Tuesday, 30 April. Today it is nearly a week later and now they tell me to go to Autopage. The nearest Auto page to me is 70 km of which an MTN shop is 100m. I am afraid that my insurance will not pay out because of the delay on RMCS, Jet Cellular, and Autopage's side. They tell so many stories. I don't know what to believe any more. All of them say I must phone someone else. I don 't even want to know how much my phone bill will be.
