I still await a call from their call centre since the 11 April 2013!!!
I made use of the sms service as telkom does not allow you to make your choice over the automated response service so I decided to use the sms service.
Well to my luck I still await a call from a call centre agent...
I mean really... what next they will send me a carrier pigeon saying we will get back to you next year.
I have had so much bad customer service from telkom from my business to personal life.
